Today Invarians runs a centralized Phase 01 pipeline. Decentralization arrives as two independent agentic infrastructures, with a human arming gate kept between them. This page tracks that trajectory, what is live, what is building, what is planned.

Today the pipeline runs Phase 01, centralized. Decentralization arrives as two independent agentic infrastructures, with a human kept in the middle. The proposal layer decentralizes the compute that proposes a new calibration, non-deterministic by design, never more than a candidate. The attestation layer decentralizes the production of the signed attestation, deterministic, every node must agree. The only human step sits between them, validate and arm. The hard rule never bends: non-determinism stays in the proposal layer and never reaches a signed attestation. Targeted Q3-Q4 2026 for the hybrid attestation network, fully decentralized 2027. Specific compute and attestation partners are named once concrete.

Live, building, planned.

Live Phase 01 pipeline, centralized. Single-node, HMAC-signed attestation, in production today. Not a decentralized proof.
Prerequisite Today's attestation is HMAC, a symmetric scheme: whoever can verify it could forge it. Migrating to threshold signatures is the precondition before any node network. Adding nodes to a shared secret would multiply leak points, not remove them.
Building Hybrid attestation network. The signed attestation is produced by independent nodes that recompute and agree. Targeted Q3-Q4 2026.
Planned Fully decentralized network. Independent nodes compute, open methodology. 2027.
