Hosting
The Invarians website and API infrastructure are hosted on European infrastructure.
Technical hosting choices may evolve without altering the nature, scope, or positioning of the service.
Nature of the service
Invarians operates a structural measurement API and public dashboard. The service provides read-only attestation of blockchain infrastructure state (S1D1 · S1D2 · S2D2 · S2D1) derived from publicly observable on-chain data.
The service does not constitute:
- financial advice or investment recommendation of any kind
- a trading, optimization, or execution service
- a technical, financial, legal, or regulatory advisory tool
- a guarantee of execution outcome, transaction success, or network behavior
All published signals are structural measurements only. They describe infrastructure state — they do not recommend actions, predict outcomes, or provide any form of performance guarantee.
Any interpretation, execution decision, or operational use of the published measurements remains the sole responsibility of the user or operator.
API access and accounts
Access to the Invarians API requires account creation. API keys are issued per account and are non-transferable. Invarians reserves the right to suspend or revoke API access in the event of abuse, unauthorized redistribution, or violation of fair use terms.
The free beta tier is provided without SLA. Service continuity is not guaranteed during the beta period. Enterprise plans include specific SLA terms defined in the applicable service agreement.

Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
Account deletion removes all associated data including API keys and usage history.

Account data is retained as long as your account remains active.
API usage logs are retained for a maximum of 90 days.

Intellectual property
All content published on this website, including texts, structure, terminology, methodology, and conceptual framework, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The Invarians name, the state classification methodology (S1D1 · S1D2 · S2D2 · S2D1), the two-layer measurement architecture, and associated instrumental framework constitute distinctive elements of the project.
Any reproduction, reuse, or redistribution without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Limitation of liability
All information and signals are provided for structural measurement purposes only.
Invarians cannot be held liable for any operational decision, transaction outcome, financial loss, or any other consequence arising from the interpretation or use of the published measurements.
The certified state signal is not a guarantee of network behavior. Infrastructure state can change between attestation updates. Users are responsible for implementing appropriate fallback logic in production systems.
Applicable law and dispute resolution
This website and any contractual relationship arising from access to the Invarians API are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute arising from the use of the service or these terms, the parties shall seek resolution through good-faith negotiation. Failing amicable resolution, any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France, or at the request of either party, to arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), with proceedings in English.
